Welcome to FitZen Studio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Class Booking and Payments
All class bookings must be made in advance, either through our website or in person. Payments for classes or packages must be completed prior to attending any sessions. Class prices are as listed on our website, including Drop-In Classes, 10-Class Passes, and Unlimited Monthly memberships.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations for classes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Refunds are only provided in exceptional cases, and we reserve the right to deny refunds for missed or canceled classes that do not comply with our policy.

3. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable health to participate in fitness activities. We strongly advise consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program at FitZen Studio. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation in our classes.

4. Studio Rules
Please arrive on time for classes, respect the instructors and fellow participants, and refrain from disruptive behavior. FitZen Studio reserves the right to refuse service or ask clients to leave if these rules are not followed.

5. Changes to Services
FitZen Studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, pricing, and services at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their memberships or bookings.
